Sun City a master planned Adult community in AZ was established and built by Del Webb as the largest adult community in the nation.
Sun City opened in January of 1906, and is world famous for its active adult lifestyle and has set the standard for other retirement communities to emulate. The Recreation Centers of Sun City Inc. a private corporation, is responsible for the amenities in Sun City which in clued 11 golf courses and 7 recreation centers each with there own heated pools (one in-door) . Sun City amenities also include bowling, (one 16 lane & one 24 lane) tennis courts at 5 locations and so much more.
